Terms and ConditionsThe Camplify Terms of Service apply to the services that Camplify provides to owners and hirers, being:
access to the Camplify platform,
collecting hire fees and other charges from hirers on behalf of owners; and
providing hirers with holiday disruption support and roadside assistance services

The Camplify Promise applies to Camplify Premium and Flexible Members. Accident Excess Reduction applies to all hirers
Camplify Rules
The Owner Rules, Hirer Rules and Community rules set the ground rules for the Camplify Community and help provide a good experience for both owners and hirers.
The Owner Rules set out RV owner’s ongoing obligations and rules relating to each hire.
The Hirer Rules set out the hirer’s obligations pre, during and post hire.
The Community Rules apply to both owners and hirers.

Terms applying to goods ordered from our website Delivery of goodsPhysical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of camplify.com.au.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
Warranties and GuaranteesCamplify will pass through to the purchaser any manufacturer’s warranty applicable to physical goods.
Goods also come with the protection of the Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the full extent permitted by law Camplify does not provide and expressly excludes all other warranties whether implied by statute or otherwise in respect of any of goods provided by Camplify.
Returns and RefundsWhere a Consumer Guarantee applies Camplify handles returns, repairs, and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase or becoming aware of the issue with a valid reason for return.
Camplify does not provide a refund for change of mind.
